Refund and Return Policy
*Based on the purchase, return and exchange of goods based on the Consumer Protection Act no.19 of the Fair Trade Act.

This policy is valid for 7 days. If it has been more than 7 days since the purchase date, we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and must be in its original packaging (it cannot be returned once opened).
To complete the return process, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. At the same time, send the purchased goods back to our company.
Refund
We will process your refund no later than two weeks after we receive your item. If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again first. Next, please contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be credited. Next, please contact your bank. Refunds usually take a while to post.

replacement
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send an email to [email protected], we will provide you with follow-up service. When returning an item, you will be responsible for the shipping costs yourself. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for you to receive your replacement product may vary.
