Refund and Return Policy

This policy is valid for 30 days. We regret that we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange if more than 30 days have passed since the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as it was received, and in its original packaging.

In order to complete the return process, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send purchased items back to the manufacturer.


We will process your refund no later than two weeks after we receive your item. If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again first. Next, please contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be credited. Next, please contact your bank. Refunds usually take a while to post.

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send an email to [email protected], we will provide you with follow-up service. When returning an item, you will be responsible for the shipping costs yourself. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for you to receive your replacement product may vary.
